Seeing a young specialist off to the army is always a touching event. For the team at UP “BELGIPROLES,” these days were filled with excitement, kind words, and well‑wishes. On October 22, 2026, the company held an event to bid farewell to a young employee who was going to join the army. Colleagues and mentors addressed the conscript with parting words before this important stage in his life. The company’s head noted: “We are sorry to part with you, Ilya Ivanovich, but we understand the importance of the upcoming service.” Please know: the team is eagerly awaiting your return. You have demonstrated responsibility and teamwork, and gained valuable experience. We wish you to complete your military service with dignity and return even stronger! The service will be an important stage of personal growth and will strengthen your character. After your return, serious prospects will open up for you: continuing to work at our company and the opportunity for professional development right here. We guarantee support and are looking forward to having you back — we believe in you and count on you! The young professional, in turn, admitted that he takes the upcoming service seriously and responsibly.
