• Development of labor norms;
• Development of current norms of electricity consumption for the main types of woodworking products;
• Development of norms of raw materials consumption, drawing up balances of raw materials consumption based on the materials of pilot sawing.

 

At the moment the document regulating the organization of rationing in the industry is “Regulations on the organization of rationing in the forestry system”, approved by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus on October 17, 2012 and agreed with the Republican Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of forest workers (nowadays Republican Committee of Belarusian Trade Union of forest workers and natural resources)

The present document establishes methodological bases of organization of rationing, order of development, coordination, approval, replacement, revision and control of implementation of norms of labor and norms of consumption of raw and other materials, as well as order of planning, financing, development and approval of branch and local norms and standards.

 

“Regulations on the organization of rationing in the forestry system” is mandatory for application by all entities of the industry.

 

In accordance with clause 4.1.2 of the Regulation, industry labor norms and standards are developed, adjusted and revised by the Department of Labor and Material Resources Rationing of UE “Belgiproles” by the assignment of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus.
